November 16 Completed Homesit in Madelay and the last weekend of Tree of Life. With no where to go, we found a cabin available at Cherokee Village and stayed for 17 days until the next home sit in December. It was during this time the we discovered community in a new way and also came to the sense that it was time to settle down. We inquired and found there was one suitable Park Home available next door to Max Pengelley which we secured for $200,000 subject to Sales of Cairns (or finance on cairns and Super). This proved to be a real shot in the arm for us and it ticked all the boxes for the place to be.
December 7th to 31st Home sit in Kallaroo and found a massive house with two dogs Labrador (Kimber) and Terrier (Roxy). Enjoyed frequent morning walks on the Whitfords Beaches and a swim most days.

During this time we got confirmation of Bank Load for $130,000 on Cairns property and $70,000 from Superfund so that we were able to make un-conditional offer for the park Home. Much rejoicing. Tod Max and he was so thankful, he hugged us both and praised God in prayer for us all at the same time.

New Years Eve Had a party at the Village and spent time celebrating with max, Mike and Trish Payne at the park.
