An address is built from individual components to allow maximum flexibility and minimum data entry. An address may be built from this screen
Site | Used only when there are multiple dwellings at the same address |
Site Code | Lookup Table to define the dwelling types |
Property Number | Street Number |
Road Name | Lookup table. When a typed in Name is missing, an option to create it will be offered for acceptance. |
Street Type | Lookup table. When a typed in Type is missing, an option to create it will be offered for acceptance. |
Suburb | Lookup table. When a typed in Suburb is missing, an option to create it will be offered for acceptance with a pop up screen (See Later) |

Create New Suburb
This provides for the same Suburb to appear in different States and Post Codes. On completion of entry, the new record is created. Then return to the calling program
